Billy Madison is one of my all time favorite movies. If I am in a bad mood or in a need of a laugh I put this movie in cause I know it will make me smile and laugh. The main actor in the movie is Adam Sandler and is in his usual role of playing a childish goof. The plot of the movie is pretty simple, in order to gain control of his family's billion dollar business, Billy Madison (Adam Sandler) who is 27 years old, must win a bet that he can go through grades 1-12 again in only 6 months, to prove to his father he is responsible enough to take over the company. The problem is that he's a hopeless goof who failed all these grades the first time, but passed cause his father bought his way through without him knowing. He soon realizes that school is not as easy as it was the first time around, but does not quit because he does not want to loose the company to Eric Gordon. Eric Gordon is an evil man who only wants the company for himself and does not care about anyone else. He tries everything he can to make sure that Billy does not finish highschool to ensure he gets the company. Along the way Billy stills acts like a goof which makes the movie very entertaining and funny but manages to pass the grades as well. Like pretty much all movies a movie wouldn't be a movie without a love interest and Billy falls in love with his Grade 3 teacher, who helps him stay on track to get through each grade...
