Our bodies go a bit crazy during the teenage years. Hormones cause all sorts of wonderful (and not so wonderful) things- males voices change, hair spouts on previously bald bits, pimples burst from our pores and so on. It's also a time when our bodies are growing steadily.
Lets Get Physical!
Exercise makes your heart and lungs strong, increases strength and endurance, and helps maintain a healthy weight. It can change a persons body shape by building or defining certain muscle groups over time..
