On the edge of Leeds Place near the Dublin Bay stands the residence of James Kelly. His is a simple place, from a simple time. He hath no television, or computer or any other modern marvel. His mind is not that of a simple man, he is a financier of learned background and upbringing. He has taken a stand; technology shall not be the whore that beds me down all my days. We have seen so much advancement from man, yet so little advancement from men! Technology can be our aid and our ally, but not the God to which we pray.
I have seen changes in Dublin due to our advances. The lorries that follow their way down the rolling walks to the mill run more often as the drivers stay in constant touch with the dispatch on their mobile phones. Linesmen carry their laptops to inventory the ships in the harbor...
