In his best-selling book "All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten", Robert Fulghum expressed some thoughts about how one could live a full and happy life. As he said, "I realized than that I already know most of what's necessary to live a meaningful life- that it isn't all that complicated. I know it. And have known it for a long, long time"(Evler and Hoyt 96). Among these things learned were: share, stick together, play fair, put things back were you found them, and be aware of the wonder in the world. One element he believed which is vital is rest. Rest is important for everyone especially those behind the wheel.
Sleep deprivation can affect judgements, reaction time, and overall well being. It is an endless cycles of workers coming home from long hours to waking up earlier to go to work.
