Juvenile Delinquency
In my opinion, if someone is asked to describe a child, often one will incorporate the word innocent into their definition. However, I believe if the same person were to describe a teenager or someone under eighteen, their definition would not include innocent. So I will further continue to explain my perspective on how I think the U.S. society views children as well as how it affects the way the U.S. defines juvenile delinquency and if I were going to run a government office on juvenile crime how I would handle the duties of this position.
