Malcolm X, a street hustler, wrote letters to high authorities about his opinions from the jail. After not receiving any response, he began to realize that he is unable to convey his thoughts to others through writing. Therefore, he began to read but found it difficult due to lack of vocabulary. This motivated him to teach himself. He began to copy the dictionary on the tablet. With a lot of practice, he was able to remember some of the words. To do this, he needed some education in advance to at least read the words. In today's world, school should be compulsory up to age 18 so that one can determine if one should continue his/her studies or work.
