Current Operations
Currently the restaurant is open from Monday through Saturday, and its hours of operation are from 11am to 4pm. Therefore, it caters only to people who come in for lunch. Peak times at the restaurant are from 12pm to 1pm. Lunches at the restaurant are very busy and can at times be difficult to handle such a high volume of people that come in at once and who all want to be served at the same time. It is essential that everyone be served within that hour because most of the guests who come in during the peak times are people who work in the downtown area and only have an hour for their lunch break. The restaurant has twelve tables, ten tables of four and two tables of two. Therefore the restaurant can only accommodate 44 people. Because of the limited seating people who come in for lunch at times cannot be seated because the tables are already occupied. Those individuals find themselves having to go elsewhere, because they simply just don't have the time to wait until the next table turns over. The parking lot is very limited as well and people are forced to park down the street in order to find a parking spot, this also wastes time for people who are in a hurry and who want to come in for a quick bite...
