Classroom Management
There is no one-way to manage a classroom. It depends on our personal perceptions, ideas, ethics, procedures and the outside environment/geographic area. Classroom management is defined as the techniques or procedures used to establish and maintain a classroom environment that contributes to learning and achievement. The goals of classroom management are to:
1. Maintain order
2. Easily monitor students behaviours
3. Secure smooth transitions between classroom activities
4. Facilitate student teacher interactions
5. Keep distractions to a minimum
6. Keep students on task
