Conclusions
For experiment number 1, the hypothesis that what going to be tested was: The rate of the H2O2 occurs at the same rate in all cells. We found that the hypothesis was wrong. After doing the experiment with each of the cell types, we found that catalase did occur but not all at the same speed and as well as not producing the same amount of foam. If you look at the table, you will see the differences between each other. Out of the four cell types, we found that the liver was the one that had a quicker catalase and produced a higher amount of foam. The reason is that catalase is very abundant in the liver cells of humans and other vertebrates which detoxifies the harmful substances.

For experiment number 2, we were going to test if pH has any affect on catalase. The hypothesis to be tested is: The higher the pH the more catalase is shown. We found out that this is very true. The higher the pH went the more foam was created...
