Victimless crime is crimes where no physical contact as to an assault is made. It's an activity that is outlawed even though nobody involved is an unwilling participant, which would be against the law. I will be giving you examples or ideas and how these social order offenses are purported. I will be discussing about prostitution, drugs, and abortion as well. Later on in my presentation, we will be finding out how these three victimless crime acts affect others as well as the individual.
Prostitution would be described as a group or individuals of the same gender male/female that practice of engaging in relatively indiscriminate sexual activity in general with other individuals other than their spouse or friend, as an exchange of immediate payment in money or other valuables for services rendered. However, not only is this against the law, but also a danger to the individual's health and safety in pursuing such type of social activities. Individuals that practice such activities are exposing themselves to deadly diseases, along with the pain and loss of family, not to mention the hefty fine when caught with a prostitute, all for fifteen-minutes of pleasure. The laws regulating prostitution vary greatly from one jurisdiction to another.
