Female Leadership
In today's world, should we have to break leadership categories with titles such as Female Leadership? African American leadership? Hispanic Leadership? No. Styles of leadership such as Transformation (no, not Transitional! ), Servant leadership, and Transactional leadership are easily distinguishable as they should be. But as a leading Country we should not have to differentiate between the leadership of sexes or races. Unfortunately that is what we have to do, and what I will do my best to describe in this paper.
Before I get in to the research I done over the past couple of days, I would like to talk about my own experiences working for men and women. To light a fire under anyone reading this paper, I will start by saying the worst manager I ever had was a woman...
