SEPARATE BUT EQUAL
The movie "Separate but Equal" is a good movie about how discrimination was fought in the south. In this paper I will be talking about things that related with the movie.
There were many good parts of the movie. My favorite part of the movie was when they finally got the case retried at the Supreme Court. This was my favorite part of the movie because it gives the NAACP a lot of hope that they have a good chance at winning the case.
As there were many good parts of the movie there were also a lot of bad parts. I didn't like the parts where it was just Thurgood Marshall and his wife buster. These parts were very boring and they never served a purpose to the movie. Well that's what I thought anyway.
It wasn't necessary for the decision to be unanimous it could have been five to four or six to three etc They wanted it to be unanimous because if it wasn't unanimous then it would have given the southerners that much more leverage to retry the case again...
