The construction techniques.
1. The foundations are constructed in conventional way either using pile foundation or other techniques.
2. Columns are erected.
3. Vertical column can use either conventional reinforced concrete column or the steel column.
4. Steel collars with holes in the center are cast into each floor slab around each column it is used as guides for the slab and as the built in shear head. The hole in the collar shaft is to pass the jack rods to engage the lower slab and to lift a number of slabs at the same time...
