Central United Methodist Church
The Central United Methodist Church which is a Christian community committed in making disciples and serving the community, nation and world in the name of Christ. It serves nearly three hundred (300) persons and was planning to expand. Such expansion includes educational space, acquisition of parking space, and building for youth and adult ministries.
As shown from the book by Fred David it indicates that Central United Methodist Church is continuously expanding and rebuilding its facilities as well as its buildings. However, the author wasn't able to mention the activities and programs of the said Church that will truly support or achieve its mission, core values as well as objectives.
Threats that the group was able to miss out are: (1) Apathy and isolation (2) False propaganda against the Central United Methodist Church (3) Other people may define their identity (4) Lessening of loyalty denominations or members. Such threats given are critical in assessing alternative strategies to offset the threats given. Rising of televised church ceremonies may not be a threat of the church because it may be a good factor of the church since it will create identity to them especially to the viewers. People who are not members of the said church may be curious and be able for the church to increase it members as well. Bad rumors about the church and the pastors as given by the group can be change to false propaganda against them...
