What do your photographs reveal about your subject?
My intent of the pictures I chose was to make the viewer feel as if they were a part of the arrangement of flowers. It's the viewers' time to feel as if they can touch, smell, feel free spirited, or even grow with the flowers. It reveals the most unique part of a flower nobody pays attention to. The viewer themselves should also find the uniqueness about themselves while becoming one with the flowers by exploring the inner beauty along with the obvious outer.
Why did you choose the prints you did as your favorites?
I chose them because they are in such great detail in these pictures; the look real. You can almost feel the fuzziness on the stems and the way the flash hits them, makes it look as if the sunlight is beaming down from above. The swirl gives the affect as if there could be more of something out there we are missing. I also chose them because when looking at them I almost feel like I am smaller or the same size as them...
