Content is an important aspect of manual design. Overall the content was of general good quality and easy to understand. However, I did encounter some problems. I found it hard to understand why a list of seven different product models was placed on the front cover of the manual. However, some of the content was unnecessary such as the signature of the director engineer and product developer manager, Horst Grossman. I thought that this was an inappropriate feature. The manual contained different model types, which I thought was inappropriate, when the user is only purchasing the one model. The contact details at the back of the manual were very poor. It appeared in small writing and was not very clear to the user. I overcame this problem by clearly marking the different means of communication (email, fax etc) that a costumer could use to contact the company...
