A Honda VTEC is more efficient than a Regular Engine?
All of us have been in a car at one point in our lives and it seems that the majority of the population does not know how a car engine works. So, how does a car engine work? Basically, the engine creates an explosion that forces the car forward, hence the bigger the explosion the stronger the engine. We can compare a car engine to a rocket; as the rocket gets thrown forward the rocket launcher gets pushed backwards. Newton's third law of motion, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, is the reasoning behind the car engine. The major setback in most car engines is the fact that regular engines are made only for low speeds or the alternative, only for high speeds. A Honda VTEC engine has the same principals as a regular engine; however, it causes the engine to adapt to high or low speeds.
The foundation of an engine is a cylinder. The cylinder compresses the air in an engine so that the explosion will be larger...
