Depression is a disease that affect the human psyche in such a way that the affected tends to act abnormally toward others and him/herself. Unlike adult depression, teen depression is most of the time masked. Teenagers could show anger and irritability. Mood disorders are also accompanied by others psychological disorders such as anxiety, eating and sleeping disorders, hyperactivity and also suicide. How do I know all these? After my best friend's death, I was a victim of depression.
Two years ago my best friend died. She was like another sister to me, we used to hang out and do all kind of activities together. I loved her so much and when she died I felt I lost everything that worth in my life.
I remember, I was sleeping and my mother got in to my bedroom, I woke up scared...
