The Diary of a Young Girl
Would you rather be dead or live poorly? The tittle of this book is "The Diary of a Young Girl." The author of the book is Anne Frank. The setting of the story took place in Frankfurt, Holland, from 1942-1944 in the "Secret Annex." I like Anne's personality because she was hopeful, strong, and smart.
I think Anne was hopeful, and that is what I like about her. I think that she hoped a lot and some of her hopes even came true. She hoped for freedom, food and that Peter Van Daan will kiss her, and fall in love with her. Anne liked to hope and make her hopes become true. She said that "the excitement here was worn off a bit, still we're hoping that the war will be over at the end of 1944...
