There are many similarities and differences between the !Kung Giraffe Hunters and a waiter. I believe that a hunters job is more important than a waiters/waitress' job for the simple fact that a hunter goes days and weeks at a time trying to hunt for food for not only himself and his family but for his village also. I believe that a boring job is something that you don't look forward to doing, something that does not challenge you and has no meaning to you. A job that is exciting is one that challenges you and makes you feel like you have a purpose. It makes you feel like when you wake up in the morning, you are excited for the day to come.
A typical day at work for a worker at Chico's restaurant would include waiting on tables by taking the customers orders, bringing out their food and drinks, and catering to their every needs. I believe that their line of work is less important than compared to a hunters job because a waiter/waitress does not have to go out and fetch food, the food is already prepared and all he/she has to do is pick up the food and deliver it to the table where it belongs. I believe that this job is boring because in my eyes it does not give me the feeling that I'm making a difference. I believe that a waiter/waitress' job is low entropy because it does not take that much energy to fulfill the task...
