INSTRUCTION TO TENDERER
1.0 GENERAL
1.1 This Instruction to Tenderers, in so far as they affect the execution of the Agreement, shall be deemed to form part of the Agreement.
2.0 LOCATION
The proposed site is located at; IBUSAWAT TANGGA BATU, MELAKA
.
3.0 TENDERER TO VISIT SITE
3.1 The Tendereer shall be deemed to have and examined the Quotation Document, visited any of the site [if needed] and to have ascertained the nature, character and extent of the Works, local conditions, accessibility of the sites, the supply condition affecting labor and materials, availability of services etc. and any other matter likely to affect the Agreement as no claims for extras in this respect shall be allowed.
