This paper will describe a guide on how to prove sexual harassment . This paper will also describe several points of sexual harassment discrimination.
Sexual Harassment Discrimination Paper
Sexual harassment discrimination is one type of discrimination covered under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Sexual harassment is a term used to describe the act of harassment and discrimination towards men or women in the place of work. The true definition is of sexual harassment is left to the result of legislation and court decisions. However there is a common person idea set behind sexual harassment. Things such as any unwanted sexual advance, an offensive touch, and suggestive comments would likely be an obvious common person's belief.
The employee's position can have a lot to do with a sexual harassment discrimination case. For instance, if the employee could prove that because of not doing a sexual favor the employee would not get the next higher position, which is Quid Pro Quo. The employee may need proper documentation that shows an employee's work records and work performance qualifying the employee under company's standards for promotion to the next higher position...
