Since the day I started working, trying to figure out what I wanted to do as a career has always placed that ever-lasting question, "what am I good at and will it work as a career"? It wasn't until I sat down one evening with my father in-law, and he pointed out I was good at 2 things. One being artistic which comes naturally to me, and there was management which I have a talent for but needed more training. It was then I realized the path I wanted to follow, and that was to be a Project Manager. Being a manger is one thing, but being a Project Manager requires the ability to initiate, control and close a project.
