Recently, there has been a problem about who should have the responsibility for assisting disabled people. This has become an important social issue.However,in most countries, public facilities are usually not adequate.
Governments should provide enough money for disability living allowance. Most handicapped people have lost the ability to work; they might have no money to buy the necessities and medicines that/which they need. Governments are responsible for helping them, for giving them enough money to live on. Sometimes, the disabled have nowhere to live, because they cannot afford the rent. Governments should provide more flats for these people.
