"E-Business: Principles and Strategies for Accountants," shows us in great detail how business is changing; and, what the advantages and drawbacks are, associated with these changing trends. First of all, it is important to know how the authors have defined the term 'e-business': "Electronic business (e-business) is the use of information technology and electronic communication networks to exchange business information and conduct transactions in electronic, paperless form" (pg. 2).
Earlier, little was known about this remarkable technology; the value of it, and the way it would change our lives forever. To effectively add value to today's business environment, companies must lean more about e-business, than they might have been used to in the past.
