Many teens around the globe are not well nourished or may even be over nourished. This is because of the lack of parent attention. The teen is allowed to eat whatever he or she wants whenever they want. In the following paragraphs I will discuss the unhealthy foods that make teens over weight, the diet habits that make many teens under nourished, the new diets out that can be harmful, and how parents can supervise their children's diet more.
To start with, is some foods and eating habits that can make our teens overweight and at risk for major heart issues. The main word here is partially hydrogenated soybean oil. This is in many foods that our kids eat every day of their lives. The most common though are potato chips. These make are kids blossom like flowers in the spring!
