Right time, Wrong decision
As growing up in a middle class family, I was raised to value hard work, education, and financial independence. I was taught to be faithful and truthful. I was raised to believe in one good job for lifetime. It was believed that working for an organization for a long time shows your dedication and your work will be appreciated. After giving all my dedication to my employer, when my hard work was not appreciated, I realized that one should not put all eggs in one basket to make progress in career.
I was very happy when I completed my postgraduate diploma in software programming in August 1992. It took me almost two years and three different jobs to get a decent job. Finally, I got a satisfactory job in September 1994. I was enjoying working with a small organization. I considered it as an opportunity to perform well and grow up with the organization...
