The juvenile crimes of today have gotten out of control. The crimes they commit are no longer being considered as kiddie crimes, they are being recognized as adult crimes. They all seem to have this nonchalant attitude about the offenses they are being charged with. It seems that they are not afraid of being charged with assault because they know they cannot be punished as an adult. As Milton Allen said " These kids are never guilty. If he killed the pope, he's never guilty. He's delinquent." Most people feel this way because they often think the children are not responsible for their own actions. If a child knows how to work a semi-automatic weapon, then he should know right from wrong.
