High School vs. College
There are many differences between high school and college, yet there are some similarities between the two. The first difference would be the attendance and tardiness policies. The second difference would have to be the attitudes of the students and teachers. Finally, the last difference between high school and college is the discipline polcies. These are a few of the common differences between high school and college.
The first noticable difference between high school and college is the attendance and tardiness policies. In college every instructor has their own policies, some more lax than others. But, in high school if you aren't in class by the time the bell rings you are given a warning of some sort and put on a discipline ladder; first step being a warning, then a detention, then a parant call home followed by more detentions, possibly even suspensions. The second difference between high school and college is there is is a lot more freedom in college; most instructors don't mind if students walk in and out of class as they feel, unlike unlike high school, where this would result in "disciplanary action"...
