Communication
Interpersonal communication is my strongpoint in communication and listening because of the more one on one approach towards the communication. I love to sit around and have conversations with friends or family. I find it easier to come up with things to talk about, as well as listen to when it is with people that I generally associate with. Friends are always the easiest to communicate with, because they know all of my gestures and what they mean, as well as what I like to talk about and hear about. Friends always have some new or old gossip to talk about as well. My friends and I get very philosophical in our discussions when we sit around at the pub, or just have a few beers as a casual get together. When I am talking or listening to my friends or family, I am always equally a good listener and speaker. The one place I do not communicate very well at is work. I believe if a person has a job to do, than he should put all or most of his focus on what he has to do, not sit around and talk with co-workers about the daily office gossip. I listen well to my boss, as well as communicate well with him, because this allows me to know what is expected of me and to address any questions or feedback I might have about the job...
