There were two college women in Korea. They spent ten thousand dollars and took cosmetic surgery. After the surgery, unfortunately, they had to suffer by paralysis of bone and mouth; they couldn't walk either. Their parents protested to the surgeon and the hospital refunded their money. However, they couldn't replace their daughters' health and damaged spirit by that money. In the end, both women who had the surgery drank a poisonous drug and killed themselves. Many people, especially women, spend a lot of money to build their good self-images. The surgery of beauty spreads out rapidly to he world like a trend. However, the trend in cosmetic surgery is not beneficial for people by three reasons: the surgery can go wrong, people's greed to become prettier never ends, and there will be economical problems.
