II. FACTS
At around 7:15 PM on the evening of June 1st, 2002, several officers responded to a shooting that allegedly took place on the intersection of Monroe and Lambark St. A blue van was witnessed leaving the scene in "an unusual hurry." Later that night, it was found parked near a hospital in downtown Baltimore. The owner of the vehicle and defendant in the case, Celista Davis, was being treated for a gunshot wound in his inner left thigh.
