We received your letter. We carefully consider your request as all of our companion's requests are very important for us since we are family and we work for the same goal in our company.
Every one should work their best to improve productivity so we should use our equipment efficiently. The most important equipment in our company is computer. Therefore, computers ought to be used only for company. For this reason, I sent a memo informing that usage of computers should be limited to only work project. In addition, all of the workers were notified that computer work will be monitored. Using "Silent Watch" in order to monitor computer work really improve productivity.
