I. Introdution:
Even though some people earn enough money and can afford nearly everything , it seems that frustration and dissatisfaction are two major problems today. Unhappiness and resignation are increasing among employees. That seems to be one of the reasons why "Human Relations" is an aspect that is becoming more and more important for companies. If workers feel happy with their jobs and their working life , an increase in quality is the consequence.
II. How to lead and how to motivate employees?
It is a fact that leadership has a deep impact on a firm. Five theories about leadership have been developed:
(1) The traits of leaders:
The amount of success depends on the character of the leader her/ his personality, intelligence and self-ensurance.
