Compare & Contrast Essay
After attending both a public high school and a charter school, the public school suited my needs better. There are a few differences between a charter school and a public school. A charter school is a lot smaller than a public school, they require that you wear uniforms, public schools you don't. The classes are a little easier in a charter school; then they are in a public school; the charter school doesn't have athletics in the beginining, and the public school has them all the time. Those are about the only differences they really have, but I have some of my own. My freshman year in high school I attended a charter high school named Career Connections Charter High School. It was its first year so the freshmen were the only students in the entire school. The charter school didn't have any athletic programs. After I left the school they started a basketball team, how convenient. Anyone that wanted to participate were allowed to participate at there home school...
