With the heat of the approaching Presidential Election and the end of the Democratic Presidential primaries the United States seems to be in a very high political altitude.
The Democrats are ecstatic with their nomination of John Kerry as this election's presidential candidate. What seems to be the question on all Democrats' minds these days is "Who will Kerry choose as his running mate?" Many think the answer to this question is quite clear. For those persons the answer is simple: the dynamic duo is Kerry and Clinton. Bill that is.
However, for many this fantasy will never become reality. Bill Clinton will most definitely not be spending any extensive time in the White House anytime soon, at least not as the Vice President. To serve as Vice President of the United States former President Bill Clinton will be in direct violation of the Constitution. Kerry certainly would not want to waste time and efforts on choosing a running mate that has no chance of serving in the office of Vice-President...
