Satirical Essay on the Civil Court System

Ever since taking Civics this year, I've been trying to pay more attention to court rulings and cases in general. After learning the basic rules and regulations, one can watch these cases almost like soap operas, because they are simply filled with different characters, plot twists, and of course lots of drama. Through all of my viewing, however, I've noticed a trend. Many of the lawsuits are on the same subjects, and I don't know about my readers, but I don't like watching reruns.
The civil courts are the worst about it, as well. Whenever I turn on Court TV, it seems, someone didn't pay their rent on time, or backed over someone's dog, or fell through their skylight while trying to burglarize them. You know, same old, same old. I'm sure that I'm not the only one that notices this. The judges must get tired of hearing the same cases over and over.
As a solution to this, I propose a total overhaul of the civil court system...
