When you walk in a dark alley, what is the first thing that you feel? Your palms get sweaty, your heart starts to pump a little harder, and you get this funny feeling that someone is going to pop out from nowhere and attack you. Here you will learn how to get rid of that fear and techniques on how to defend your self from anyone who will try to cause you harm.
The first thing that you have to do is to be calm. If you are scared you will lose the fight, and possibly your life. By being calm you can asses the situation and figure out what your counter attacks should be. By now you are probably thinking that it's not so easy to be calm when under attack, and it's not, but with practice it will be very easy. When someone is coming at you the first thing that you need to do is scream. Not a scream of fear, but a scream that you are ready. By doing this you have awaken your senses, instilled fear into you attacker, and most of all you became relaxed...
