a) I created a table called 'Organisation'. This table would hold the information and details of all the organisations which send delegates to attend my computer courses.
The attributes I used were:
Organisation ID, Organisation Name, Organisation Address 1, Organisation Address 2, Post Code, Contact Name, Contact Number, Email and Fax.

Attribute Data Type Purpose
OrganisationID Number I am able to assign an individual ID number to each organisation, which then in turn allows me to link tables together.
Organisation Name Text I am able to know the name of each organisation which had sent delegates for my courses. I would then be able to refer personally to organisations and would also be able to contact them and address them in many ways.
Organisation Address 1 Text So I am able to contact the Organisation.
Organisation Address 2 Text So I am able to contact the Organisation.
Post Code Text I am able, if I decided to, to store information of organisations and/or delegates by there area in which they reside. Also, this would help for storing alongside an organisations address...
