During this project there was a conflict between two members of the group. Basically, one member did not agree with the idea/plans of another member, resulting in an argument between the two. It came to the point where one member explained: "I can't work with her, under these conditions, I may as well leave the group!"
I resolved this conflict by sitting down individually with each member and asking them to explain to me what the issue was, and how/what they felt needed to be resolved. And what it would take for this to be resolved.
