Can we know something that has not yet been proven true? How do we know that proofs are true? How are ideas and theories proven? These question the validity of what we think we know and things that can be proven. Many people think that there are two sides to the story- What knowledge we have in our heads that tells us what we believe versus what things have been proven true. Are knowledge and truth inseparable or are they on opposite sides of the spectrum?
What is the difference from a proof and and what we have in our minds? While we may have results from proofs stored in our minds, there are other things that are in our head as well.
