Currently in the United States there has been much debate over the controversy surrounding the legalization of same-sex marriages. There are many people who are opposed and feel its virtually and ethically wrong and others who feel that same-sex marriages are acceptable. For several different reasons I feel that same-sex marriages are morally wrong as well as not being a good environment for raising children.
According to Jeff Jacoby, if homosexual marriage is unjust now, it will always be. This is because even if it gets legalized it won't change how people already feel about the subject. People are still going to be against it saying it's morally wrong ( ). Same-sex marriage should be illegal for lots of reasons. One being its not the way God intended for us to live. In the bible God makes no remarks in acceptance to homosexual relations. I feel that gays and lesbians have the right to choose whether to be homosexual or not and if they choose to be for the homosexual side then that is immoral...
