Hip-Hop has been a strong force in today's young urban culture in America and is continually increasing at a rapid pace. Since the 80's when Hip-Hop first originated, the music industry has revolutionized and many different areas of the U.S. have added their own previous culture to hip-hop and has created what hip-hop is now today. Hip-Hop has evolved into many different cultures, and continue to add their own twist to it which allows Hip-Hop to always be unique and have a original flavor. The different cultures that make up Hip-Hop are divided by the areas of the U.S., which are the Midwest, West Coast, East Coast, and Down South.
