In my generation, stereotyping has become a major concern in our society. I have observed that certain people judge people before they meet them. This type of situation just comes natural to us already.
The terrible tragedy that happened in New York on September 11, 2001 has become a perfect example about all the different kinds of stereotypes. Ever since we found out who was responsible for what happened in New York, we tend to judge people that come from Afghanistan. For instance, people who came from the outside countries live a hard life, and now that this has happened they face even more judgment. So many people judge them in a way that people shouldn't judge them when they don't even know them. People think that these people want to harm us because of Bin Laden, but most of these people end up totally harmless. Now because of Bin Laden, everybody else that came from Afghanistan has to suffer. However, just because of his wrong doing these people shouldn't have to get punished for something they had no control over...
