Good morning/afternoon Mr. Morris and fellow students. Today I will be talking to you about Romeo and Juliet. The play of Romeo and Juliet has been around for many hundreds of years and has had many different versions made. A man called Sir William Shakespeare made the original version, it took him 1 year to complete, and he started it in 1594 and finally finished in 1595. Little did he know that is was to become one of the most widely loved plays. The main characters in Romeo and Juliet are:

Capulet: Leader of the Capulet house. We don't really know very much about him except that he loves his child Juliet.
Lady Capulet: Wife to Capulet. She is very protective of her daughter Juliet, but is fun and likes to party...
