... Evil surrounds us all the time and is constantly tempting us to turn away from God and towards Satan and his minions. ... People do not realize how much God loves us and wishes to bring us back to him, but for this to occur we must act as God does and act our of love and not hate. One of the most recent examples of people turning away from God and their destinies is the tragedy in the United States. ... These people, who are believed to be Osama Bin Laden and Palestinian groups, became blinded by a veil cast in front of their eyes by Satan, they believed what they were doing was right, when taking someone’s life is never what God would want you to do. Only God has the power to do this and we do not have the right to make such decisions. Only God can give us life and only God can take it away.
God is the all-perfect being and has created human beings in his image. God gave us all a gift at our creation, and this gift is dignity. ... We have received this great gift because we are all like and a part of God and he gives us the ability and strength to “Grow in virtue, avoid sin, and if [we] sin, entrust [ourselves] as did the prodigal son to the mercy of our Father in heaven” 1
Our fundamental dignity can be enhanced or diminished by our actions through our life.
