In 2003 There was an unsuccessful proposal for a health and beauty spa in Plymouth Michigan. The entire spa was built and costumers had even purchased packages when the spa had gone bankrupt. If this company would have made a few minor changes I believe that Hidden Falls Spa would be quite successful. This is why with these changes made, the spa we plan to build in Big Rapids will provide this town with very different results.
The city of Plymouth, believes that this business went down for a few reasons. The first one of these being its location. "Hidden Falls was located in a rural area of town." (Plymouth Michigan) They believed that this caused the spa not to get much business. It should have been located somewhere different. They could have placed the building in a more populated area, this causing more business...
