Julius Caesar was one of the most influential leaders Rome had ever seen. Over the course of his life he changed history in a very decisive manor. Many saw him as a brilliant leader and supreme war commander. Not only was Caesar a superb war commander but he also was a prominent public speaker. From the battle field to the government, Caesar accomplished more then most people could dream.
On July 12th, in the Roman year 704, Caius Julius Caesar was born into a city called Rome. At the time, Rome consisted of several hundred thousand inhabitants and was considered, by its citizens, to be the capital of the world. The citizens of Rome, according to THADDEUS, "lived on the loot from conquered provinces" (3). However, the Caesars were considered to be a rich family. Caesars mom lived a very old-fashion life...
