The dilemma in the decision of whether to act or react is one of great magnitude and must be considered down to the very core, before being tested. The United States of America must lie in the shadows of such a verdict and judge upon the result of standing down and yielding to a North Korean military buildup, or exercising its duty as the guardian of Americans and suppressing this evil uprising. North Korea has created a tremendously powerful armed forces division that encompasses more than one million on-duty soldiers and six million reserves. An army that immense is dangerous in the control of a country like North Korea. Throughout the past decade, North Korea has been continuously carrying out missile advancement and development programs aimed at the construction of more powerful and longer-range weapons of mass destruction. The sentiments behind these warheads come from that of the same nature: war heads. North Korean feelings towards the U.S. remain bellicose, and an increasing hostility and bitterness taints the possibilities of conformation. North Korea has shown a resistance to peace talks and seems unwilling to reform in order to restore unity between it and the United States...
