My name is Danny Lynch, I'm a small business owner in Royal, AR. In the past I've been able to work things out on my own, but I've ran into a Government Roadblock.
Let me explain, in 1998 I started dating Angela Shirley, she had a 15 month old baby with problems, she is disabled. Her name is Rebecca Jean Naples, and attends First Step in Hot Springs, AR.
Angela and I are engaged to be married in April of 2004. We have a four year old son together. My problem is Rebecca SSI was stopped because of my income and assets. Rebecca has been with me for twelve months out of the year for the past six and half years. I receive zero financial support from her biological father, Angela's family and his family. I do not use Rebecca as a dependent on my taxes or any other government assistance program...
